FUN fun running around Boston with Rob, Hammarman, Sean, and PAT CONDON. In reality, it was 48 minutes towards BU, break to watch Ryan Kelley rip a 5k, and then about 22 back. Pace was all over the pace with some real slow chunks and some real quick chunks, plus a lot of stop and go (Boston problems), but with it being flat, we'll just say it averages to 7 pace. Great fun, great weather!
