Notes

Was planning 10 today but it didn't happen. Not worried, got long term planning on the mind anyway (ain't going to be setting any PRs in summer heat!). This week is still a step up from last week. Will just go 80 tomorrow.

The rest of my furniture etc came yesterday, so today was just unpacking and reorganizing my room. Before I knew it, it was 7pm and I still hadn't gone... except it was totally intentional because it was hot AF today. Still hot by then but at least better. Went on the trail by my place and went back and forth on the main part 3 times. Soft and shady, what more could I ask for! Legs felt good, got moving a bit today fo sho. 4 strides after.
