Probably going to feel this one tomorrow but solid stuff and glad we did it! 4x(4-8-4) workout with Chris and Jay, 200 jog between reps, 400 jog between sets. Nice change of pace from the ol 12x4. Chris led the first set, and from then on I did the first 4, Chris the 8, and Jay the second 4 of each set. Worst Pacer of the Night goes to yours truly... led the fastest rep AND the slowest rep. Maybe was working harder than I should have been but it's been a while since I've had a pretty hard track session, plus a little mandatory R&R is coming up anyway. Wasn't sure what I was going to get out of myself before we started, and never really felt great, but pushed on and had a "fun" time. Got rained on for like 5min right before we started, but nothing else for the rest of the night, just a wet track.

I guess this really isn't all that impressive of a workout... 4 x broken 5:10s avg. I would hope that's my 5k pace right now would even be a bit faster than that. But it's a pace I don't spend much time at and rep lengths that aren't super familiar to me at this point, so it's good stuff.
