Well the Thanksgiving break running got off to a HISTORICALLY strong start but was straight 0s from there. In retrospect, I could have fit it some runs, but sometimes you don't really know that until after the fact. Either way, I certainly don't feel the need to defend my desire to spend time with Ronnie and family these days.
So today I was a little stiff as tends to be the case after a few days off. Virginia running always seems just a bit easier tha Charleston, I guess it's the small difference in humidity? Wouldn't think it would be a problem at these temps but I definitely notice the difference in effort for the same pace in each place. Anyway, nothing special on this one, just getting back in the groove. Took a vacation day today to space out the driving.
