Long run with Brian and Jake and JEEZ was it tiring, sloshing around in all that snow. Not an enjoyable run, hardest 7:15s I can remember running in a while. Only did 100 min today because I'm WEAKSAUCE. Cracking 80 again though, getting back up there.
