Notes
Felt pretty good today, back in Troy and the hills seemed so much smaller. Humid but not terribly hot, gradually picked up throughout. Ran with Eddy and Joey (...mostly...) through Uncle Sams onto the bike path, ̶s̶o̶ ̶n̶o̶t̶ ̶g̶o̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶t̶r̶y̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶m̶a̶p̶ JK I mapped it. Overall everything felt good, no aches worth reporting.
