Notes
Missed yesterday after a long day at work and was ok with that because Achilles wasn't feeling good anyway. Still was really iffy today but I figured I'd give it a try and see how it went. Running was pretty much ok, not great, but it actually felt better after (and the next day) than before. Threw in a quicker mile on every 5th (well, meant to but goofed on the second) just to see how things would hold up and to add a little variety to the run... and get it done sooner. Warm out today so wasn't quite as nice as some of my runs recently but still fine in the end.
