Turned around in the middle of the second tempo because the big dogs were dropping me and I wasn't sure if I wanted to do 2 or 3. But, by the time 2 ended, I thought WHAT THE HEY LET'S GO FOR THREE. Felt better today than yesterday but feeling the lift in hamstrings fo sho. Good effort, recoveries probably slow again but fast stuff fast (was keeping up just fine on the 30s when I was with the others). Wouldn't really trust the map again, maybe long, maybe short.
