Beautiful run in South Carolina at Ronnie's new house. Her dad led me around the island on bike and she followed behind also on bike... I felt like a famous person getting escorted. Very quality run, perfect weather. I wouldn't be surprised if it was faster than what I recorded; having a bike in front of me kept me pushing the whole time, and it was extremely flat. I figure this was a reasonable estimate, but I wish I had a way to measure.
