Blech, not the run I was hoping for but I might have just been overly optimistic. I started the run with the intention of doing 12 with the last 3-4 at ~5:55, since I'm on board the b2b workout train. However, legs felt like trash for the first mile but figured they just needed to warm up a bit. Well, they started to feel better after that...kind of... but the miles were still coming SLOW. Started feeling junky again around 8 but tried to salvage the run a bit anyway. Didn't even try to go under 6, knew it wasn't in the cards today.

Oh well, probably just too ambitious. I'll try to work in some either steady or tempo stuff Fri or Sat but if it waits until next week, so be it. #riseandgrind at 4:30am tomorrow #beatSLU
