5k, up cpw, into park on 90th, then down the west side of loop, around bottom on park to "1 mile" mark-finish. Started fine, slight uphill, and relaxed. one guy took off but there was a group of 4 ahead of me that i should have run down but didnt. icked up last mile and caught 2 guys but was close to 2 more. legs tired from long runs but still should have startd after them earlier. or, "gone crazy" at the end to catch them-where's the passion? 17:45. disappointing time for a fast course, clearly reflects heavy legs.
