wow, this picked up my kick sets. Amazing.
One of those days where you feel fatigued and accept everything will be slow but somewhere in the middle of it all things started clicking.

200 as 2x[50 E +50M]
4x25 fast
MAIN Set - endurance (pretty easy day)
10x[50free smooth at 70% + 25 Br easy] - focused on rotation
Drill + Speed Set
4x[25 kick fast + 25 free FAST + 25 drill (636)] longish rests of ~:20 between everything. Felt really good in here, especially the 25 fast
BONUS STUFF
4x25 FLY on as much rest as I wanted. Starting to feel like I can swim this!
200 back- mostly relaxed. Focusing on controlling the kick instead of it being crazy fast.
COOL Down
200 free - stupidly slow. Basically just floating and trying to swim with good form.
Thoughts for today: Pushing my head down lower helps, Rotating a little more helps the shoulders pull better, especially with my left arm. Strong but controlled kicking is better than the panicked really fast kicks I usually do.
