OMG Humid and hot. Direct sunlight is not fun even at these relatively low temps. 100% humidity is just stupid. I'm glad this was a well designed workout for me.

Legs don't feel good but they moved well enough once I got warmed up.
all on 400 jog with a little walk to grab the water bottle, have a sip, pour some on my head and place it back down.
Watch seems to measure the track just a little long. the 1600 beeped a mile with about 25m to go.
