just some bodyweight stuff to stay ahead of the game

1x8x ATG split squat w/ 3 sec hold

2x8xbent knee calf raise

2x8 side lunge

2x8 single leg DL

1x3 lightly assisted pistols

2x8 pushups ... lol no upper body strength right now.

also an hour and a half of moving tables, bookshelves , filing cabinets and other heavy shit for megan's preschool
