2x4x400, 4x200 on equal jog, 400 extra jog between sets
Coach Jason wanted me to hit 86 on the 400s and 43 on the 200s. Success on the short stuff but I tried to run the 400s without the watch and kept missing by a second. Oh well. I avoided digging deep to really hit that as my mile race is <36 hours away. Smooth and strong was the mantra and I felt it though I also felt like cadence was low.
