Trouble getting the legs going for the 5k portions (even my warmup strides were slow). Took a short break after rep 3 to do some skips and the right hip felt better but I was still struggling with my stride form -- really close to a right hammy issue. Could be the hip, the glute, the knee the low back... no idea but something is wrong.
