Deadlift day

YMCA doesn't have a trap bar =(

Todo :

1. weighted calf raises --> On Squat Day (instead of Nordics)

2. Start doing full Power Cleans and weight them.

3. Decide if I'm doing Romanian Deadlifts as suggested by Dicharry or doing normal ones. The 205lbs today were Romanian, the 225 were normal.
