Tuesday Night Track! Leg didn't feel great. Glute was sore but no real pain, just some small discomfort so I ran.
Plan was 4x4x300 working the set paces from HM > 10k > 5k > mi. I thought that was too much and though 4x3x300 is good... then I started running and blasted directly into 5k pace and soon into mile so I just did 9x300 on 100 walk running the first 200 with Jen who is fast(!) and running 200s. Stayed smooth, controlled and relaxed every rep and finished with a 59 and a 55!!!
