Alcohol ... The NA stuff is good but I keep sleeping poorly after it. I need to chill out and not have it. None since Thursday which is good, I'll indulge at Clear Lake but after that I need to get back on the horse.
I need to get some electrolyte drinks set up as this heat/humidity is killer.
Diet is crap, I'm committing to tracking all food for 2 weeks. Just on here rather than MFP or anything like that. I want to stop snacking.
Running is going well for the most part but last week got rough until I saw Dr. Webber. Whatever he did to my hip felt great. Calf has been feeling great since the dry needling 2 weeks ago.
Goal for this week is to crosstrain a little (bike at CL?) and get 2 lifting sessions in.
