So going off the antibiotics ... I need to regulate eating /drinking again. Drinking calories like Beer, OJ and Chocolate milk needs to be backed off. It was fine when everything was running through me. Weight isn't out of control, but would love to push down to 10-12% BF (need to figure out how to measure that other than the bioimpedence scale which says 18%)

other than that, going back to Thorsday this week after lifting Tuesday will be interesting!! Moving to a pyramid scheme of lifting 5@70% 4@75% 3@80% (very ish) to see if that helps me progress without DOMs so heavy they impact my workouts.
