5 second PR. A bit ambitious on the first half mile...ha, came through 1 mile in 5:20. Whoops. Held it together okay.
3OA, 1AG. I'll take it. Something to build off, hopefully come up with something better June 3.
Good race. 1 (coach at UB) and 2 (runner at Canisius) passed me at half mile. I kept them in site the whole time, winner put 60 seconds on me, and 2 put 30. Kept that distance from about 1.5 miles on through the end. This was definitely the highlight of the business trip. Nice cookie for AG win.
