Lynnfield 5k -
First race in a long time. 5th OA and first old guy. Race started out fast and forgot that feeling and looked like everyone just ran away from me and did not feel like I would catch them. after about 1 mile I started passing a lot of them and no one passed me after 1\2 mile in. Felt like a tempoish effort and never got in to the real red but like my effort on a low key event. Course is not fast and think my condition is about the same I was last year before the foot. I am so so about the race. Next will be level 10k
