did the staple 10,10,10 tempo with middle hill. 20 mins warmup then into tempo right away took me a bit to get into a groove in so first 10 slow, 10 on hill was intense steep grade but nice slow recovery coming down , solid last 10 mins to track and around. 20 mins cool down just enough to get back in time to drive Norah home and start the work day ooof
