Psyched got in day after injury, this will speed up the process. Paulo wanted to go right at it with Graston and I was like hmm it kills walking. He looked at me disgusted and had Larry use his baby hands on it and graston my quads, which bruised and bled after. Not bad though, but hamstrings hurt the most when done. Love graston it get quick results, probably Wednesday they will graston hamstring and I will cry like a little girl.
