think it is from doing the dead lifts Wednesday. whenever i move like that it kills hoping some down days will help!!

It strengthens and improves circulation. After time, you can do it with weight. I hold a 25 lb. plate against my chest

thanks it is feeling better everyday but little nervous that it might be issue for Saturday's race!! will have to eas into this weekend for sure
