Hammy Hurt at start then got better, but hurt bad on downs. was ok going through 2 miles then had to just slow it down and but still maintained position. was not even breathing and after looked at the heart rate stats and it was lower than most races. take away

1. in great shape

2. need to rehab the next 2 weeks of easy flat running and hope for the best
