Tights/LS/Hat/ Gloves. First mile just felt like I was running slow and slowing down. Kept it even through mile 2 and pushed a little on mile 3. Short course, for a PR (by ~ 3 min over last year). I was on PR pace if it was teh full distance, but not by much. I expected more after the good tempo run on Tuesday. I guess I need more practice racing 5k's.
