1.25 mile warmup, then 12 min at 645 pace 2 min rest, 10 min at 644 pace, then 2 min rest and 8 min at 6:29 pace. 1.5 mile cool down. 4 x 200 in 40-41. it was okay.. legs were tired by the end.
