Notes
Went looking for relatively flat, relatively long run as last run before Lunenburg 5k. Went up Parkland drive and did two loops around marsh, which had a few decent climbs. Back home was uphill and into the wind. Earlier on during run, was controlling pace and happy to notice I was going about 4:56/k without much effort.
