Santa Shuffle 5k race. Had been rehabbing left knee since start of November and didn't run much all month. Threw back out three days beforehand and was doubtful about participating. Lower back was a little stiff, left knee hurt again on climbs (what the?), and fought stitches from eating before race. Didn't feel great, but happy to have completed it given the crappy month beforehand.
