BLT 10k

Notes

Great long run. Sticking to strategy of long and slow to build endurance. Didn't know for sure I'd do the whole 10k, but it worked out well. Had light-ish supper and took one Mentos for sugar kick around 6k mark. Seemed to do the trick, but not sure it was necessary. Left kneed started to hurt a little over the final 2k, but no sharp pain. Final 2k also fastest, but was holding back trying to stick to strategy.
