Not today. Lungs were fine. Achilles okay during the run. Legs went dead. I felt it creeping in. Contributing factors: extra miles yesterday, daily exercises for the achilles are stressing the quads and calves. They had the same deep soreness as a long ultra training run. Also, gels=🤢 I'd rather be eating hamburgers. Definitely roiled my stomach for a bit.
