I did not like running today. My legs were more sore than I expected them to be--especially after what I thought was a pretty easy workout yesterday. The heat index was 85, and it was windy 25-35mph winds. I thought I had enough water (almost 60 oz.) during the day, but I still felt like it wasn't enough when I started running, and I was weak for the first couple of miles. But it's all over now. Tomorrow morning I'll run six, then I'll have over 24 hours to recover before the race.
