Notes
Planned: 15 miles with 1st 5 @ 6:40-6:45, 2ne 5 @ 6:15-6:20, last 5 @ 6:00-6:05.
Fail. I was doing okay the first five (33:47), and not bad through 7, but after that I was fighting too much to make this one worthwhile. From 7 to 7.5 I as going back and forth from easy to surging to see if I could finish this workout. At 7.5 realized this wasn't going to work, so decided to go easy home and cut this one short. This is a down week so I'll save things for next week when I need to do my workouts.
Heat and humidity didn't help this week. First really hot week that I've run into. Combine that with the accumulation of training, and maybe I'll be better as I acclimate to heat and training.
