Meh. I didn't have it today. Originally, I thought 2x2 miles w/ 60 sec rest,, but mentally I wasn't there. And that's okay because it is a down week. Maybe I'm just a wimp too: the shoes weren't fitting right, so I used that as part of my excuse to cut it short.

Back on the horse next week.
