Wow. This one sucked. Not enough time between the hard workout last night and the run this morning. (13 hours) This was just a matter of attrition. Started out with Beth for a little over a mile at 9ish pace, and got only slightly faster from then on. The last four were run on a rough trail through Irvine Park with some ups and downs--probably not the best for sore and tired legs.

Definitely going to wait until late afternoon or evening for tomorrow's run to get in as much rest as possible before the next run.

Wasn't able to weight myself today, so I used yesterday's weight.
