Actual:
7 miles @ 41:34 (5:57)
Started at mile 6, went to mile 10 and came back to mile 7.
Didn't feel the hip flexors too bad once I started going. The first mile was too slow (6:12), but I got it down to 6 min pace at 5, then 11:34 (5:47) over the last two.
I feel good about this one. This is something I'm not sure I would have been able to do last year. This cycle, it went pretty smooth.
