Notes

Same fartlek workout, but the surges were slower today. Lower back on the left side is hurting--possibly a pinched nerve or compressed something. I don't know. Two more ibus before run, but no stretching this time. Right hip flexor the only side that acted up--opposite of the back pain. Probably, I'm adjusting my gait due to the back pain, and that is causing the hip problem. Will continue to run through this as long as I can.
