Oops! First mile at 5:45 and I backed of for the next mile, then I was running into the wind and that helped slow me down for that first 20 mins. Was running with the wind for the 10 min portion so that went a little faster. The last part was just 5 min, so I just tried to make it faster then the previous 10 min.
We'll see how this affects me for the long run on Sunday.
