It was pretty windy this morning, probably 10 to 15 mph, but it was also cool, so that helped. Oops on number one, but that one was with the wind, mostly. Five was 800m straight into the wind, and the time showed. I was unsure of my pacing, so I told myself to just do the first five at a good effort then pick it up for the next five. That seemed to work.
