3mile warm up, 12 laps of sprinting straights and floating curves, 2 mile cool down.
Oooh. This was tougher than I thought it was going to be. I borrowed this from DeCastella (He did it in 13:21 or something unbelievable like that).
Sprint the straights and float the curves. Even though I know my float was getting slower, that straights seemed to be coming faster and faster.
Low 60s, some headwind on backstretch straightaway, sunny.
