Yesterday was hot and windy, so I saved this for today, and it was only windy, but that didn't effect me the way I thought it would.

I could definitely feel hip flexors today. We'll see how they feel tomorrow.

I thought this was going to be a pretty tough workout, but it went a lot better than I thought. I'm not sure if this was just supposed to be a "rhythm" workout or a tougher one. I'll have to ask Matt.

I'm done with the marathon training now. I just need to get to the start line healthy.
