Ran the first 9 of the course and came back.
So, I have a problem with pacing. I have no feel for the little bumps that I need to do for my workouts. I know this is supposed to be a progression run, so I feel like I need to get faster no matter how wildly off some of my splits are. Hopefully, this doesn't hurt me for the next week.
