6:27, 6:44, 6:04, 6:09, 6:01, 5:51, 5:55

Well. Apparently, when I strap on my flats, I lose all sense of pace. The first mile felt easy, but I guess it wasn't easy enough. The second mile I slowed to right where I should be. Oddly enough, the second and seventh miles are the same--just reversed--and they happened to be my slowest. I know there's a little rise, but I didn't think it would be that big of a deal.

In the micro, it wasn't what I was looking for. In the macro, I guess I can't complain. I didn't kill myself with this one, and for the most part, it was right about goal pace.
