Pace 5:40-5:45. On the second supposed to run the last two faster than 5:40.

Ran mile 2-5 of Upper 10.

Ran this one in race flats.
Felt pretty good today...finally. Just in time for the race in 9 days. It helped have the last one on a net loss of elevation, but even with that, I think this was a good one.
