Mid 60s, overcast, 20mph winds with 30mph gusts
Took a little less rest because of the slower pace (10K goal pace). I wanted to get a feel for what the pace might feel like this weekend. I probably could have take even less rest because I didn't really feel like I got much out of the workout until the last 800. I guess that's a sign that I'm getting in better shape.
