15x(40 sec up hill hard, recovery jog down straight into 30 sec acceleration, recovery jog back to start of hill)

I thought this was going to be an absolute killer considering that I don't like hills, but it wasn't as bad as I thought. 40 secs up the hill wasn't that bad. The accelerations weren't bad either. Maybe I wasn't going up the hill hard enough?

The distance is just an estimate, but I think it's pretty close.

I'm definitely feeling it now that I'm back, though.
