Ran these along Pigeon trail. It was very humid (drenched when done), but overcast, so the sun wasn't a factor. Glad I did this today rather than yesterday when it was just as humid and the sun was also out.
I tried to stay on pace as much as possible. Things felt smooth, and I wasn't trying to go any faster than the paces for the workout...until the last one, which I felt like hammering.
Overall, a good workout.
