Start off easy, then supposed to see how many miles I could get at 6:10 or under pace while not working too hard.

7:12, 6:20, 6:10, 5:53, 5:47, 6:04, 6:04--last three were cool down.

Worked too hard, so I decided to back off after the last 6:04 and run the last three as a cool down. Have a hard time determining pace based on effort right now. I'll get it with more practice.
