I'm not sure what the issue is, but I was pretty sore today. Mostly in my knees. Possibly need more cushioning in the forefoot of my shoes? Threw in 3 x 1 minute surges, but they weren't fast--partly due to the wind which was ridiculous and is already making me dread this winter's training.
